Terms of Service
All quotations are provided free of charge and there is no obligation to accept. All quotations will be sent in the form of a text, Whatsapp, or Messenger message after initial consultation. WRITTEN QUOTATIONS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Should the client wish to proceed based on the quotation given, a second consultation. Will take place, after which an itemised invoice, detailing job specification, material requirements and terms and conditions will be produced and sent via email. This will only be done at the clients request once the job and terms have been agreed in principle.
All materials are to be paid for in advance by bank transfer only. CASH PAYMENTS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED FOR MATERIAL PURCHASES. All advance payments will be confirmed as received and in receipt via email. All materials delivered direct to the client from supplier.
ALL LABOUR GARUNTEED FOR ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF COMPLETION. In the event that any remedial work or snagging is required during this period, for 1 year after completion, any such work that may be required will be undertaken at no cost to the client.
Start dates are subject to suitable to weather conditions and may vary for this or other reasons. Waste removal is not included in the service unless stated but may be arranged at cost to client.
All labour quoted is price work. This means the cost to the client remains the same regardless of the time taken to complete. Any changes to job specification once work has started or any additional labour requested/undertaken may incur additional costs subject to circumstances.
CANCELLATIONS
The client has the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of invoicing. However, once an invoice has been sent, the client may be subject to a cancellation fee of £250 OR 10% of the invoice value, whichever is the greater. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY TO PROCEED AS AGREED PRIOR TO REQUESTING/ACCEPTING AN INVOICE. Application of any cancellation fee is discretionary and subject to circumstances. Terms effective immediately from receipt of invoice.
Terms mutually binding for duration of guarantee. Advance payment confirms prior agreement to terms by both parties and no job is confirmed for scheduling until such payment is made.
